Great price obviously. None have came broken and weve had 12 delivered so far in 3 deliveries. We are going to light test these for strength and usage time at local college we use these at and post back. I have a feeling getting full spectrums and lumens will not be an issue, the weakness for these will most likely be they lose lumens quicker then expensive brands which for most shouldnt be an issue because HIDs used for growing plants should be replaced often. We are testing these against two well know expensive brands we have always used in the past and so far there is zero difference in lumen strength and spectrum differences are very minimal, zero spectrum diff with hps. One could use a bulb for just a month, replace it with new one and still spend 50%+ less then if one uses top brand bulbs at 100+ dollars and only replaces them every 90. Anyone that uses any brand HID bulb for more then 90 days needs to buy themselves a light meter as you will see the bulb is at least 40% weaker. Time will tell on these. We have students that tend diff plants with great care and detail and they will notice any differences even without light and spectrum meters.

I usually don't have the best of luck buying bulbs online but I scored with these. I have bought single bulbs online up and down both ends of the quality scale for the last 4 years and they are usually 50/50 hit or miss if they are going to work or not. Either they arrived damaged from shipping or just arrived damaged in their box for some weird reason somehow. Sometimes they will work for a few days then its lights out for one reason or another, and like I said i only end up getting a bulb that lasts about half the time. So it was quite a relief that all six of these turned out to be fully functional and they've been going for a couple weeks now so im very optomistic because they would have normally konked out by now if that's what they were gonna do. I didn't even think about what a hastle it was gonna be if something happened like 1 of the 6 didn't work and if i was gonna have to return all 6 or what. Luckely that wasn't the case. I see they dropped the price now about 18 bucks from when i ordered. That kinda eurks my nerves a bit but im not going to take that out on the product in my review. Its not the products fault. I didn't dock it a star, i just don't go around handing out 5 stars to products for mearly doing their job. For me to give 5 stars the product must exceed my expectations by going above and beyond. That's the way it should be right? So consider this an excellent review. Id recommend buying this six pack and i will be buying them again in about 6 months myself.

Recreational grow saving money on 36 hps bulbs

All bulbs were packaged with extra bubble wrap, lights fired right up and have the same intensity as high end lights. It's only been a couple weeks, but for the price and quality, you can't go wrong as long as they last one cycle. One recommendations on cheap bulbs, set ballast to 600watts, not 600watt super lum. Any extra watts will destroy quality or will blow bulb
Growers recommend changing bulbs every other harvest; the price of these bulbs I can change out all my lights every harvest and still save some serious $$$$.

Great bulb for the buck, tho i did have 1 of 6 fail within a month, not much less growth than the expensive ones so I didn't even bother with a return. Seem to lose par rather quick after 5-6 months I'd replace them.

I purchased 12 HPS bulbs and did not need them all right away. One was broken on the inside of the bulb, and its been over the return date by a couple of weeks, so I am hopeful I can get a credit for the broken bulb. I do plan to purchase more. Good product.
