Not bad for OTC guard

It feels a little insubstantial when you first take it out of box but it is handling the bite well. One thing for the company to consider is that the only directions you get are for a microwave process. For those who do not have a microwave you need to know how to do an alternative method. I had done them before so knew approximately how to do them with hot water in a pan. I brought a small pan of water to a simmer then turned it off and held guard under water for about 45 seconds, took it out and put it in a bowl of lukewarm water then put in mouth. That was about perfect. I did have to redo mine because I should have left it in my bite until it completely cooled. It shrunk a little after I had taken it out so was tight on my teeth. I just redid it and this time once my bite was set I rinsed ice water in my mouth with it in place and it is perfect now. I am pretty happy with it considering it is over the counter.

First nighttime mouth guard. I had to reshape several times, I think because it sticks better to the impression tray than to my teeth. It was a lot of work getting it out of the green impression tray and then it didn’t stay on my teeth when I dry fit it.

The third attempt to reshape I left it out of the green impression tray when I microwaved it, used my fingers and tongue to form snugly to my upper teeth and held it there for a couple minutes. Then I cooled it off.

It fits GREAT, stays in place all night, it isn’t super bulky. The only suggestion I would make is to bite slightly with your lower teeth while making the impression because my lower teeth cannot sit comfortably on the flat slick underside of the guard.

PS don’t get it for the mint flavor, it is barely noticeable

I started having jaw pain, wanted to see if this helped. Very easy to use. Forms to the teeth. I only used it twice. It was tight to my teeth, I could have resized it with the instructions. I did use tylenol and motrin which helped relieve the TMJ symptoms. I still have the item, would highly recommend due to the price and the easy directions.

due to a condition, i bite down full force everyday all day every minutes for more than 3years.
chew through 50+ toothguard have to repurches constantly, most toothguard are either just so soft that when you really chew it will be torned in less than a day, or you can bite through them easily, or they are so uncomfortable it wears down your gum causing unnecessary pain, or they are really difficult to mold till perfect fit.

after years of hardcore testing im here to deliver this message, this toothguard is far superior than other ones, never have to worry about grinding and biting down too much that all my tooths may falloff.

its lightweight, very durable, fits perfectly, very very tough, good gummy material so it gives a little, but firm and is holding everything in the right place.

i know i can bitedown fullforce all day all year long on these, i can trust this thing fully.

love it a lot. finally found what ive been looking for. worth your money 100%. if you have the need, get one of this today.

Fitting and comfort are good. Despite the claims, it isn't strongly flavored. I think that is good. It is pleasant to use at night.
