I've read a lot of reviews that people were having problem with germinating the plant. After the first successful cartridge, I figured the reviews may have been written too early, because cornflower was the latest among other cartridges.
But now I realize one of three cartridges simply didn't have seeds. In fact, when I first installed it, my running assumption was that seed must have been planted either too deep more moved around inside the plastic casing. That wasn't the case, and it took me 2 months to realize it. I simply transferred the seed from the third cartridge (I was on second), and it germinated in 2 days.
So after 9 months, (first cartridge lasted 7 months) now I've found a faulty cartridge. However I suppose the biggest question is that how will anyone check if the seeds are actually in the cartridge? I'll contact Click & Grow if they have a policy or plan to protect such case, but as of now, I simply can't recommend this particular line of cartridges. Basil and wild strawberries are going strong.
Update 3/16/17 ::
I've contacted Click & Grow with the order number from Amazon, described what happened. They asked for some pictures and the address, and the replacement order is on the way. So if you have trouble germinating the plant, and especially if you didn't see cornflower seed in your cartridge, (it's small but visible, google it) I would recommend contacting Click & Grow or ask for replacement through Amazon.
Of course, I still think they could've have made the processor easier. For instance, they could've used transparent film instead of the green cover they have right now. That way it would be easier to check the cartridge upon receiving the package. But overall, customer support was very helpful, and I think it's still worth a shot.
