Let me start by saying I have received nada in return for this review.
I have two grill pans one from Le’ whatever and now this beautiful matte black Staub. I love this grill pan above all others because it actually fits on the biggest round burner of my glass top, it distributes heat evenly, leaves great grill marks, and because the little booklet included gave instruction on how to go about using for the first time. My Le’ whatever came in a box with zero instructions and everything stuck to it. The Staub after reading the instructions and lightly seasoning has been easy to clean.
There was one thing I didn’t expect and wasn’t in the description, the bottom of my grill pan is green.
