Doesn't irritate my skin

I have bought this product several times, first time through Amazon. I love this cleanser. I have eczema and sensitive skin. I was getting breakouts and using an acne cleanser. I was getting severe dry skin and still getting breakouts. I am not a teen either and didn't have acne as a teen. This product was recommended to me by an esthetician who said the acne cleansers were drying my skin and making me break out more as my body tried to produce more oil to combat the dryness. So I decided to try it. It is the perfect cleanser to help with the dry skin and prevent breakouts. It is mild around the eyes too. Thank you Amazon for offering the product.

I have my reservations that this is authentic murad. First, there was no murad hallogram seal on my box prior to opening and second, the color of the packaging does not match my previous murad product. This label was more mustard green rather than a leafy green (although hard to see in the pictures). For these reasons I’m returning and purchasing at murad.com

I am not a beauty queen, I tend to grab whatever soap is near and wash my face. But I started noticing that my skin was blotchy and a little dry.
I saw this product in my dermatology office so I looked it up on Amazon ($7 cheaper) and bought it. LOVE the difference in my skin. It’s creamy and a little goes a long way. I realize anything is better than a bar of soap, but this far exceeded my expectations. My skin looks and feels better already!!

Something changed. My favorite product arrived and I always order 2 at a time. There is a new label but the product changed as well. My face is blown up and itching. There is a strong perfume smell in both bottles. I'm thinking it has to be a mistake batch and returning it. Now I don't know what to use in the meantime. I can't believe a pure product like Murad would purposely put a new ingredient that makes me break out into a fantastic product I loved?

Great Face Wash!

Best face wash and gentle enough on my rosacea.

Use the two-step wash method, first smooth around in circles on damp face for at least 45 seconds, then add a little more water and work into a lather for another 45 seconds or more and rinse clean. I cannot stress how much better this method is! I still use a micellar water on a cotton round to remove heavy makeup before cleansing, spf or light beauty balm isn't a problem but people should be aware that most face washes are NOT meant to wash off your makeup.

This was an authentic product, still sealed, and I didn't feel it was older or expired in any way, no different smell. Through the Amazon purchase it's a few dollars cheaper as well. I will definitely order again!
