It's normally frozen foods that have the option of being baked --- egg rolls, pizza, etc.
With that said .... I've probably only used it 8 times since I purchased it. Right away it got this sticky residue that won't come off with soap and water -- I've tried vinegar and lemon juice ... neither really worked. Most recently I was heating egg rolls and heard a noise come out of the oven, when I looked the pan had warped, never seen this before. I guess I need to keep looking for the right pan.
A good thing about it is that nothing sticks to it. But then again I have a Graniteware cookie sheet and nothing to sticks to that one either and that one is better quality. Unfortunately, I bought two of these Silverstone sheets because they were a very good price for ceramic (under 8 dollars at the time). Spend more and get better ones.
I would maybe understand if I was using cooking sprays or had burnt somethings...but that was not at all the case.
Don't wast your dimes on this....
