Fun, educational (and yummy too)...I think adults will enjoy this as much as the kids...plus for me, it was a nice review of those science classes...(ahem)..many years back.

It's OK. Got it for my tween daughter and she thought it was very elementary and more for younger kids. I'd return it but it was so inexpensive. Will probably give it to a friend with little kids.

This book is like spending a day in science class without the boring lectures and dreaded tests! EAT YOUR SCIENCE HOMEWORK breaks down the difficulties of science and packages them in tempting, tasty recipes and experiments. You’ll laugh while you learn about everything from molecules to minerals. Ann McCallum presents a delectable mix of humor and facts, relieving any tension you might feel about intimidating science topics. The format of the book allows readers to bite off small bits at a time, which would also serve well in a classroom setting. Ann’s step-by-step cooking instructions are clear enough for beginning chefs, and the illustrations are the icing on the cake. The whimsical art of Leeza Hernandez will surely please the younger audience. As a teacher, I appreciate that the most difficult words are in bold print, and reinforced in a concise glossary at the back of the book. This is a must-buy book for your classroom or for your budding scientist at home. If you like this book, McCallum and Hernandez also have EAT YOUR MATH HOMEWORK.
