看以前中文的评论说是洗手液，但是用了好久之后才注意到英文是DISHWASH，是洗洁精。当成洗手液用了半瓶，手都脱皮好几层。。。

Is it watered down?

Prior to our babies being born we bought a bottle from a retail store of the Babyganics soap. The Babyganics soap we bought from the store was amazing. I had a whole cleaning routine, one pump of soap in a baby bottle, add a small amount of water and voilà - with my bottle scrubby wand it foamed up and cleaned like nothing I've ever seen before! After we were almost out of that bottle, my wife then bought this 2 bottle refill from Amazon. From the very first day using the 1st refill bottle it was a night and day noticeable difference than the store bought product. I should be very clear this was a two pack and the 1st bottle was absolutely garbage for the reasons further explained in the post while the 2nd bottle was fine and performed as expected. Here’s the issues we had only pertaining to the 1st bottle in the pack - The Amazon bought product didn't foam up anywhere near the store bought product and I found that even using 6, 7, even 8 pumps of the Amazon bought product in one bottle, it still didn't come anywhere as close to the 1 pump of the store bought product. To be very honest I can't explain how there could that much difference in the product unless the Amazon product was watered down in some capacity. It just does not foam up. I'm not going to go as far as to say the Amazon product is counterfeit. It smells enough like Babyganics and I suppose the end result is my bottles are still clean even though I'm using a ton more soap now in every cleaning, but there is a huge noticeable difference between the store bought vs Amazon bought product.

This being said the 2nd bottle in the pack cleaned and foamed as expected (as it should) so I’m torn regarding if we’ll reorder this product again based on how poor the 1st bottle was.

Ive been using this product since our son was a newborn. He is 11 months now. We received this through a baby shower gift and began using other babyganics products as well. Ive bought on this 2 pack on Amazon before but this order is not the original. The 2 large bottles look just like product but the actual liquid is very diluted and squirts out like water. It lightly foams when using but its very obvious the product has been altered and watered down.

We used the bottle soap with pump for my baby milk bottles. They worked great. So we thought of using refills instead of buying bottle with pump set. The refill bottles are much diluted. I should have read the other reviews. If I could give 0 star I will give 0. Even though I followed directions correctly after we refill the bottle it gets over so quickly. Because it has water like consistency. I am not satisfied with this product.

Lids leak

I like this soap, and I needed something vaguely TSA-compliant because I go on multi-day work trips and need to wash all my pump parts. If the lids screwed on it would be fine. However, the lids just snap on, so I have to store the soap in its own ziploc bag, and that bag is always always soapy on the inside by the time I get where I'm going (or get home), even though the lids are still attached.
The bottles are also a little too big. It claims on the label they're "great for the diaper bag," but that's a fallacy... unless you like your diaper bag to be full of soap. It's not a good travel product.

We have a newborn at the house with a sensitive stomach so we make sure the bottles are thoroughly cleansed and then sanitized. We’ve used different types of bottle soaps and Babyganics have been the best so far. When we’re done washing the bottles there isn’t a filmy layer inside that we notice when we use other baby bottle soaps. They have a nice lather of foam with even half a pump of soap. Previously to using babyganics soap we were using the Medela bottle cleaner and will now forever use Babyganics Bottle Soap. Buying the refills is also the best bang for your buck rather than buying the individual or 3 pack of the soap dispensers. We also reused an empty foam dispenser bottle from bath and body works as one of the soap dispensers with this and it worked great!
