Fantastic headphone holder

I use this product with an IKEA galant glass desk and could not be happier with the build quality and look. It holds two sets of medium sized headphones and cords without any issue. I use the front two hooks to hold the ends of the cords instead of putting my wire headphones on them as the wire headphones are better kept in cases. This setup uses a lot less real estate than my old stand and can be put on the front or sides of the desk depending on setup. There is a lot of wiggle room between the thickness settings and it is rock solid even with my 1/2 inch desk but certainly would be just as solid with a larger desk. The measurements are in the description. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone looking for a headphone solution for studio grade or gaming headphones instead of just hanging them off the desk or putting them on a stand.

I have been looking for a solution for my headphone storage issue for some time now and this is precisely what I was looking for! Previously, I had been looking at headphone stands but always felt that they never seemed sturdy enough to hold my pair of Grado cans. I finally came across these and they were delivered today. To me this product was well worth the money. The clamp itself is all metal with the only non-metal parts being the knob that turns the screw to tighten the clamp and the hard rubber (not plastic) piece that actually holds supports the headphone band. This solution keeps my headphones close at hand and makes my desk look so much cleaner in terms of storage.

this clamp can be used to many things, not just headphones.
it is a bit bigger than i thought it would be but i guess some headphones have larger bands than others.
the well built clamp was a needed item in an attempt to declutter my desk.
the only knock i could otherwise find was the minimum overhang needed for the clamp to be secure.
one side of my desk has 3/4" lip and i can't get a secure clamp. oh well, just use the other side.
all in all . . . a good, quality item.

I mounted this on the front cross member of my On-Stage Z stand ....... perfect placement and holds my Sennheiser headphones within easy reach ......

Maybe a bit expense compared to some cheaper options ...... but you get what you pay for ...... construction is top-notch .... the clamp is well made and the contact area is large enough to hold it tight against the cross member without it 'wiggling' .......

The hang bar has a plastic covering and is curved so not to damage or leave a imprint on the headphone cushion ......

I like it ..... good purchase and, if needed, I'd buy it again ......
