Installed this in place of head unit on my motorcycle, connected to BT in seconds 1st try. Pushing 4 Kicker 6.5 sounds great for straight listening, I am trying to find a EQ app for my phone, wish I could adjust the sound some. Connected to my additional amp no issues, JBL pushing 3 6.5 DS18s sounds great together. Only one week in sooooo

I used to have a Boss bluetooth speaker set for the motorcycle. After about 4 years the amp started to give out. Not a problem, I'll just contact Boss and find out how to buy a replacement, right? Nope, they don't make that model anymore and have no replacement amps on hand. Okay, I got 4 years out of it, I'll buy another one. Problem is, apparently Boss stopped making bluetooth speaker sets with control buttons. All they make are ones with a physical volume knob and you have to control your music with your phone. Not ideal on a motorcycle, especially with gloves on and the phone on navigation.

So after a lot of searching around I found this amp. It's certainly a lot bigger than the "made for motorcycles" ones with the mini amps, but the bluetooth control pad is great. It may be bigger than I was anticipating but it does have full amp capabilities with all the speaker wiring and such. I was able to find other brand speakers to connect to it and it worked great - until those speakers broke (physically broke, not this amp's fault) so I just bought Boss speakers and they work great.

I had to get creative with placing this amp since, as I've stated, it's going on my motorcycle and was bigger than I anticipated. But I got a fork bag and placed it between my bars and windshield and it worked out nicely.

I just wish Boss hadn't stopped making the mini-amp systems with the bluetooth control pads, so I wouldn't have to buy this one in the first place.

I used this with jbl 6x9 coax speakers and it works well in my 66 Plymouth satellite which is a pretty loud car.

This system is fine however it is definitely not a 500 watt amplifier. Sounds good but don’t get your hopes up.
