Couple months ago I received a Keurig Mini to review, but I don't drink coffee. Can't stand it, actually. So I decided to get some hot chocolate kpods instead. I looked at several brands trying to find the lowest amount of sugar (I'm doing keto) while still retaining a yummy flavor. I came across this brand and the sugar count is comparatively low, as long as I don't go over my net carbs the rest of the day, I'm still in ketosis while enjoying one of my favorite treats. For my first order, I got the variety pack, that way I could determine which flavors I like and don't like and could base my next orders on those findings. To be honest, I thought the Frosted Cinnamon Bun flavor would fall in the "don't like" category because I tend to be a traditionalist when it comes to my hot cocoa. However, much to my surprise, it's one of the best flavors and I love it. You can actually taste the distinct flavors of a cinnamon roll, it's frosting glaze, and hot chocolate. I have no idea how they do they, but I love that they do! There was a downside with that first order though... 1 of the pods was completely empty. Since then, with every subsequent order of my flavors of choice, I shake each pod before organizing them in my pod rack. With this order, from the seller "Perfect Samplers", there were 2 problem pods. But I emailed them and they quickly replied that they would take care of those "rogue pods", as they put it. And they did! By sending a whole new box! And not a single one was "rogue". Now I'm hooked on this brand of hot chocolate kpods, and the seller Perfect Samplers. That kind of efficient and respectful customer service is hard to find, and thus highly appreciated.

I love the quality of the chocolate and the varieties offered. I have ordered Molten hot chocolate too and it is just as good. Red Velvet arrived yesterday. Check out the Crazy Cups page on Amazon and see the selections. You can only order from the ones with prices listed, as they are shipped in from the supplier. The box holding the cups gets a little mashed in the mailing folder, but all cups have arrived to me unharmed.

-Zero flavor of Cinnamon Bun
-As per instructions, using 6 ounces of water MIGHT get you 4 ounces of cocoa. The rest is gummed up in the cup.
-I attached picture of my Keurig so the issues could not be associated with "no name" brand of coffee maker.

Shipping was super fast. Product is not damaged however packaging was all torn up. Maybe should ship it in a Box instead of a bag. Pods work perfectly and had no issue. I will buy again and try other flavors.

I was looking for a Kruig K cup that was peppermint hot chocolate for the holiday season. This did NOT deliver! First of all the chocolate flavoring was barely there. And then it is a MINT flavoring - kind of chemical tasting, not peppermint. It was like drinking a watered down mint drink. Yuk! I tried one and threw the rest away!
