Great and unusual recipes2013年1月7日 - 已在美国亚马逊上发表
I'm looking forward to trying some of the unusual recipes in this cookbook. They make some of the more "uncommon" vegetables that I get in my local csa sound really good. I often don't know what to do with some of them! The author's comments about each recipe give you a good idea of what the finished product will be like. Great job!

Love this cookbook for seasonal produce2019年9月19日 - 已在美国亚马逊上发表
I bought this at Acadia National Park while vacationing in Maine. The blueberry recipes are excellent! Now back home in New York, I am finding this book holds many great recipes for the produce available at my local farmers' markets. Red cabbage with apples is on tonight's menu! I love the simple, no fuss style of the recipes. Most don't require a lot of ingredients or have too many time consuming steps.
