I like the Kleenex 160 count boxes because they are large enough to be economical, and the tissues don't fall down inside like they do with the Kleenex 210 count boxes.
The Kleenex tissues are gentler on my nose and more reliably pull the next tissue out of the box than the other brands I've tried.
I'm on a fixed low income and have a drippy nose. I really like having a large supply of Kleenex and not having to frequently go shopping, just for Kleenex, and lug all of these boxes home. Getting a large supply of good tissues at a good price, delivered to my door is very helpful.
After I started buying the cases, I found out that usually when Kleenex was on sale at the local drug store, it was substandard Kleenex and very dusty. So I'm pleased to get the Kleenex at sale prices, without the dust.
I really hate the big wad of tissues that are put at top of the box now. There are about 4 tissues all folded together and it's a pain to separate them out.
The cases are usually a little bit crushed horizontally on the narrow side. Usually most of the individual boxes of tissues inside aren't significantly damaged. Previously, when Amazon shipped the case inside another box, it was obvious the damage happened before it was shipped to me because the shipping box would (sometimes) be in perfect condition while the case was lightly crushed with about 10% of the individual boxes being lightly crushed inside.
Occasionally the end of a Kleenex box, which was poorly glued, pops open from the crushing, and I have to tape it shut so the tissues don't fall out.
Given the way that UPS bashes boxes, this problem is likely to get worse as the cases of Kleenex are shipped without any protection at all.
Unlike the previous shipments of Kleenex from Amazon, the order I placed on Oct 13, 2015 was shipped in the Kleenex factory box, without being placed inside a cardboard box for shipping. The problem is that there is a hole in the top of the case that is 3 1/4" by 6 3/4" and in the bottom of the case that is 2 3/4" by 6 1/4" where warehouse and shipping dust can get into the case. Yes, the Kleenex boxes are wrapped up with plastic in groups of 3. However as you handle those dusty plastic packages and store them in your home as you unpack the case, they will be spreading warehouse and shipping dust inside your home - road dust is pretty toxic.
When a pallet of Kleenex cases is shipped, the stack is wrapped up and its the pallet that takes the beating. This is completely different than a cardboard box, open at both ends, being shipped through the UPS system and dropped on my outside porch. Luckily my porch is covered and stays dry unless the wind is blowing.
Using a damp sponge to wipe the dust off the case, and vigorously wiping the exposed areas on the top and bottom of the case, seems to be working out fairly well.
About 1 out of 3 of the larger boxes shipped from Amazon thru UPS to me come with a crushed corner or gouge torn in the box. Somewhere in size between a 12" box and 18" box, is the transition point where box damage in the UPS system becomes far more common. When there isn't any space or padding between the Kleenex boxes and the outside of the shipping container, this will result in occasional severe damage to some of the boxes of Kleenex inside the case.
This case of 12 packs of 3 boxes of Kleenex is 15.0" deep by 18.5" wide by 21.5" tall, and so its likely that some of the individual boxes will be severely damaged, when there isn't any shipping box to protect the case of Kleenexes. If I have to occasionally throw away some of the boxes of Kleenex because they were damaged and contaminated in shipping accidents, then this will increase the cost per usable box and reduce the overall savings of buying Kleenex by the case.
So the bottom line is that buying cases of Kleenex is working well enough for me that I will keep doing it (for the time being). However I'm not happy with the quality of what I receive, or the effort I have to spend compensating for the quality problems. I'm particularly upset that warehouse workers and shippers feel it's acceptable to damage merchandise through negligent handling. If the problems get worse, then I might have to find a better source.

I love the convenience. I do wish I could choose my colors. It is nice not to have to lug this stuff home from the store.
where is my soft kleenex2014年1月30日 - 已在美国亚马逊上发表
I feel as though my Kleenex has lost its softness. My nose can feel the roughness that has become this most basic of Kleenex tissues.
Worthy purchase!2013年12月2日 - 已在美国亚马逊上发表
Perfect for flu season! The tissues are soft and soaking. They were my best friend while I was sick this fall.
