We used to love Maxwell House.
We found HIlls Bros coffee on Amazon and it was a decent price, in a recyclable metal can, and we were set. We drink a lot of coffee.
Well...the price SKY ROCKETED for Hills Brothers on Amazon. Went from about 7 bucks a can to 19 bucks a can. SO we had to go to Maxwell House (which is about 6 bucks a can)...and we are dealing with it, but Maxwell House has begun to put some sort of filler in their coffee. That's why we stopped buying it years ago. We went to 8 o'clock, then to Dunkin, then to Hills Bros. and now we are on Maxwell House again.
Why would you raise prices and lower quality when people are hurting? Oh well. At least we get a cup of coffee. Some people can't afford any.
Drink it if you have to. And Maxwell House, if you read this...will you please go back to the way you made it in the late 90's, early 2000's? Thanks.
