SAVE YOUR MONEY ON THIS ITEM AND DO NOT BUY IT I WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER COVERING IT WITH A $20 TARP AND BUNGEE STRAPS.

I purchased this in February 2014, for my outdoor table and chair set for my Sarasota, FL home. I even placed a plastic clothes basket upside down on top of the table to prevent water pooling on top. I was not looking for cheap, I was looking for quality which is what I thought I found based on all of the information provided and compared to other covers. After a few months I discovered that the cover would allow water through the top onto my furniture. This was not alot of water however it was enough to begin to cause mildew and mold groth on my chairs. We have some pretty hard rains here in FL so I did not complain and accepted that I would get some moisture and deal with it. Then a few months after that I discovered tearing in the cover obviously caused by wind, obviously this is not hurricane wind but just from average rain storms. I notified the company and got no response and Amazon could not do anything to help because of the limited time warranty by the company. SO SAVE YOUR MONEY ON THIS ITEM AND DO NOT BUY IT I WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER COVERING IT WITH A $20 TARP AND BUNGEE STRAPS.

I purchased this cover and one for a large chaise September 2012. Terrible product. It does not prevent mildrew. And does not hold up to the weather here in Atlanta. Today, June 2016, they self-destructed. I couldn't grip them to shake off the pool of water without the fabric tearing or my fingers poking holes in it.
