Nice looking, but doesn't work

Received the sliding shower bars today only to find the product description lied and/or I received two defective sliding shower bars. Description states: "Adjustable angle of hand shower"; however, there is no way to adjust the angles at all. You can only slide the holder up/down the bar, and swivel it around. There isn't the option to point the shower head at the floor or up. It also doesn't fix my waterpik shower head at all. While knowing the handle wouldn't fit in, even the hose portion that connects to the handle is too big for this slider. There's no way it would have stayed securely on the slider bar. Returning because it doesn't do as described and doesn't fit my shower head. It looks nice, a little cheap, but nice.

I love shower bars so everyone can adjust the shower height to their liking - both my preteen son and I can comfortably shower from the same bathroom!
This shower bar was super easy to install. There's a drill guide on 1 side of the box, and while the instructions are IKEA-like, pictures with little words, there's not many parts to install so for someone decently handy, this is very doable. The screws are large, as are the drywall anchors, so it seems to be holding well.

I have porcelain tile in my bathroom that is really hard to drill through (not counting the pain of doing so). I actually was planning to get another bar form a different manufacturer, but when I downloaded the installation instructions, it turned out that it required drilling 2 holes less than 0.5 inch apart on each end. This would be very difficult to do in my situation. This Grohe bar requires only 1 hole on each end. Plus, it is a full 24-inch bar. Many other "24 inch" bars are more or less shorter than 24".

Overall, I am happy with this product. The only complaint is that the angle adjusting swinging head is very different to adjust. At first I thought that I received a defective product, but after asking the owners here at Amazon and talking to Grohe tech support, I realized that it is a design feature. If there was a way to loosen and tighten the angle adjuster, I would give this bar solid 5 stars.

From a distance it looks high quality but up close it looks a bit cheap. I'd expect a grohe part to be a bit beefier, but it shouldn't surprise me I have older ones in my home and they are pretty similar, I'm not crazy about the exposed grey plastic.

Need better anchors

Pretty straight forward but supplied with useless plastic anchors which might work on drywall or concrete board, but not on cultured marble. Needed1/8” x 2” stainless toggle bolts to secure the bar ends. Finishing sleeves are also finicky and need guidance to engage tracks on end pieces to finish the assembly.
