What a Piece of Sheet2013年1月31日 - 已在美国亚马逊上发表
Ignore the positive reviews for this sheet. They must be written by the manufacturers. It WARPS! Not a little, but like Captain Kirk in hyperspace!

I purchased this item thinking that it would be an excellent pan to roast vegetables due to the stainless steel composition. First use, in a 425 degree oven, it warped almost immediately. My Nordic aluminum roasting pan, less than 1/2 the price, has not warped at all over many months of regular use. So much for avoiding aluminum and opting for a "premium" stainless pan! I'm disappointed to say the least.

The pan's seamless stainless steel construction is beautiful. Unfortunately, it severely warps at oven temperatures above 275 degrees, making it essentially useless for baking.
Pan warped at 350ºF :(2016年5月14日 - 已在美国亚马逊上发表
This stainless steel 1/2 sheet pan looked good but was not exactly what I thought I was getting. The pan edges are not rolled (even though one of the two pictures of the product looks like the edge is rolled). Did not meet my expectations but not a deal breaker for me. The first time I used the pan I made a meatloaf. Pre-heated my oven to 350ºF. Put the meatloaf on the pan and into the oven. Within 10 minutes the pan was warped...so much so that I was worried juices from the meatloaf might escape the pan. When the pan cooled it relaxed and almost returned to it's original shape (only slightly warped when cool). I washed it and returned it for a refund. A $40 stainless steel pan should not warp like that. My search for stainless steel baking sheets continues!
