对商家服务态度满意，其实价格也高用起来可以，金属壳的话可能要刮花皮带

The retractable line is thicker and has caught on many things so far without breaking or effecting the ability to retract. That being said, the plastic bit at the end busted already and I replaced it with something else. Expect to replace that piece every couple of months.

I bought my first Key-Bak in 2012 and it lasted until this week, Multiple extensions every day at work for badging in and out. When the cord finally frayed and snapped, I bought another the very same day to replace it. 10 yrs for $8 is a hell of a deal compared to the cheapo ones that break every month.

Almost everything with this item is perfect.

The cord appears to be made of a very durable material that could possibly be used as a bow string in a pinch.*
The retracting mechanism is strong enough to hold a janitors key-ring without hitting the weight limit.*
The hard-shell could probably withstand being run over by a small car.*

The Achilles heel of this product is the clip that holds it to your pants. The clip stays on tight if you're wearing jeans. When you wear dress pants or chinos however, the clip is not tight enough to stay on. Sometimes just putting my hand in my pocket and taking it back out will result in my key-card falling on the ground.

As I was writing this review I realized I wear fitted clothes/pants and I do not usually wear a belt. If you wear a belt with your pants, this item will probably work for you. If you don't wear a belt I would suggest the carabiner version.
