不是不喜欢，而是买的货品太坑人，包装纸磨损严重，一看就是不知多少年的陈年货物，包装瓶上一摸一手油，估计里面的胶囊漏油了。外包装上还没有生产日期。

I am a pharmacist and I was looking for an alternative to hormones for hot flashes and night sweats. I knew soy had the potential to help with this, but I wanted to find a good, reliable product that didn't contain a lot of fillers or preservatives. The reviews of this product were mixed, but I was desperate and this was the best product I had researched, so I decided to give it a try. I started by taking 3 capsules daily with meals. At first, I thought the hot flashes might have been getting worse, as some others have said. I almost quit taking them, but decided to try to stick it out for a month before quitting. That month mark is when things really started turning around. Suddenly I was able to sleep again without waking up in a drenching sweat. I stopped having embarrassing hot and cold flashes all day at work. I have now been taking these for about 2.5 months. I don't always remember to take 3 capsules daily anymore, but as long as I remember to take at least 2 capsules/day, I seem to remain relatively symptom free. I discussed it with my doctor at my most recent checkup and she agreed that this was a good place to start. I'm not against taking hormones, as I was almost there, but if I can delay starting those or find something else to help for a while, I'm all for it. I'm not a huge advocate of natural products, but this one works for me.

WARNING! WARNING!! If I can save anybody of the pain I suffered I need to share my experience. These pills caused excruciating pain in all my joints with just one pill a day... the day I had two pills too close together in time, that evening I was in so much pain I was very close to go to the ER! That’s when I realized it was the pills . Soon after I stopped having them I started feeling my old self. I hope nobody has to go through this pain...

Soy isoflavones are suspected (i say suspected because there isnt enough research to say for sure) to bind to DHT, one of the main causes of male pattern baldness. I'm trying to keep my hair as long as possible, despite my hair's best efforts to abandon ships. these soy isoflavones are party of my hair hacking stack, to bind with the dht i dont successfully block with my dht blockers. My hair is regrowing, I suspect the soy is playing a major part in that but i literally take about 40 pills a day so it would be hard to say conclusively. I encourage you to do your research and try them for yourself.

Misleading Product Description - NOT 750mg

The description for this product is misleading.
It claims to be Soy Isoflavones 750 Mg, but it has only 22.5mg of isoflavones per capsule.
It also fails to mention that the dosage is 3 capsules per day, meaning 120 capsules will last just under 6 weeks.
Why not show the entire label so that the customer can see what they are actually buying?

My hot flashes seem worse since switching to this brand.
I was very happy with the Spring Valley brand of Soy Isoflavones. Hoping Walmart gets it back on the shelves soon!
