It has a good flavor and is whole wheat, it tastes better than some of the other brands out there, has a nice texture and is organic so I am happy with my purchase. This is my second purchase so I would recommend it. We no longer eat white pastas, I look for whole grain. The price point hasn't been too bad with this brand so far.

I really enjoy this pasta. It has a great taste, so it's good with just a little EVOO and herbs. It also holds wells in pasta bakes. I docked it a star because a couple of the bags had openings in the back seam. Although I'm sure they were fine [it was probably do to shipping], I did toss those bags. However, despite this, I would purchase again.
