Their color is true to the color displayed. The purple is a bit bright and the blue and brown have slightly grey tones.
I ordered them because I was looking for some softer colors and I'm happy with them. I would personally prefer that they be slightly more sheer.
They did not arrive dried out. Hopefully they'll last.
