Still waiting from a response from Manfrotto (owner of Gitzo) on both issues mentioned in my review. So...maybe their still working on it after a full year?
So I'm a Gitzo fan. These little feet seemed like the perfect accessory to my travel Gitzo which I've had for some time with nary an issue. Unfortunately one of these little buggers feel off the first week of use after throughly tightening them into the tripod (which I had changed feet many times on over the years and all of said feet are still accounted for). At $40 I wasn't really interested in purchasing another set and was very disappointed that they do not sell them individually. When I contacted Gitzo/Manfrotto about purchasing just one I was told to contact the warranty department (It's an email folks can't you just forward it over to the warranty department?).
I will let you know what I hear but I'm not expecting much because I was actually following up on a question about the correct feet for another Manfrotto tripod that I had asked 6 months before...in the same email they said they were still working on it. That was 6 months ago so basically they've had my question about what feet fit one of their products for a year and still no answer...
