This book helped me see homelessness as it is seen from people who experience it, rather than from my own perspective. Well thought-out covering multiple aspects. I especially learned from the chapter on those who service those who are homeless. I'm passing this book on to friends who also work on the issue of homelessness with the comments "must read".

Came in great condition and very quickly. This is an informative read and has some incredible insight into solving the homeless problem but it neglects issues with homeless women who have adapted to their condition and have a hard time adapting to the working life.
