After carving the MDF top with my carving machine, I filled in the carved areas with 30minute epoxy tinted with this blue pigment.
The color came out beautiful and contrasts nicely with the finished MDF that has a golden hue to it.
There doesn't seem to be any deterioration of strength in the epoxy from using this. It actually held up to belt sanding quite well.
If you're mixing a lot of epoxy with this, either try to do it in one batch (not recommended if it's a lot as was in my case) or use a measuring system to keep the color consistent across batches.
You can also get some neat effects by the amount of stirring you do. For instance, if you mix the epoxy itself first and then add a drop of this. Doing only a few slow stirs will give a marble, swirly type of effect.
I suppose you could mix separate batches of different colors and then pour them together to get layers or intertwined colors if you give a couple stirs too.
