May not last as long as you want

Both replacement covers again failed water resistance at less than a year. The covers do not last longer than a year, and our weather is very moderate in So. CA. I'm not quite sure why someone would rate a cover 5 stars because of "fit", which should be a given. They are reasonably priced, so if purchasing a new one each year is in your budget, the Bosmere is a good value, as most 108" covers I researched are at least twice as expensive. Would the more expensive ones last twice as long? I'm not willing to find out.

I sent a 3rd email and finally received a response. The person I dealt with was very nice, and promptly sent out two replacement covers, since it was less than a year from our purchase date. I hope the new covers last longer than the first ones.

I went to the Bosmere site and sent two emails inquiring about the above issue. To date, no one has responded. From this I have to conclude they don't care about customer service.

I thought I purchased our two covers in 2012, but checking my email I see that it has been less than a year (Oct 2013). They fit our large tables nicely. I would have preferred color options, but the price was reasonable. I was disappointed to see this weekend that one of the covers has a tear in the top already, and it looks like the material is breaking down on top, which will not keep the tables dry this winter. I would have hoped for at least two years of service in a temperate area such as ours (near the beach).

Not 100% Waterproof

This is basically a lightweight tarp cut for use as a cover for a set of patio furniture, which would be fine if it was indeed 100% waterproof, as the advertising claims, but it is not. I'm sure it's more waterproof than covers labelled as only water-resistant, but we had a good rain the first night we used the cover and the table and chairs were wet the next morning. I thought it might be condensate, but tested the cover in the bathtub and found that water does seep through the tarp. The patio furniture was drier than it would have been had it been sitting in the rain uncovered, but not dry enough for us to feel using it is worth the bother. I'm keeping it to cover the furniture over the winter, but it's so lightweight, I'm not confident it will hold up well to snow and ice.

Oversized trash bag

At over $35 kind of expensive for something not even as thick as a contractors trash bag. A $5 tarp from a discount store would have been a better choice. I expected more from this manufacturer having ordered other items in the past. Will probably not even last thru the winter. Won't make another purchase of their products as a result of this .

Not very durable

Used it to cover a hot tub cover from the elements. I bought my last one April 2019 it is already ripping, tearing & leaking. Not very durable at all . Trying to find something more durable as this lasted only 3 months in Pennsylvania. Would not mind paying more for something that lasts longer but cant find it -------yet
