A true confirmation of what I have known for some time2018年8月20日 - 已在美国亚马逊上发表
It would be best if everyone would read this book! I have learned so much about older cultures and about the awful crimes committed by our younger cultures against our earth, our fellow man, other species and our environment that made me scream out in agony. Yet it is there to show us what has been done, not to judge, but to open our eyes. I felt validated as I have the same theories about our survival and saving our earth which I have recorded in my book, Dream A Better Dream. We are all as individuals responsible for changing our ways by starting with ourselves. Change your thoughts to change what you create.
Want to know how thin the ice we're shaping on is?2018年12月15日 - 已在美国亚马逊上发表
Reading the book is the easy part, accepting the point is hard. At 65 I've been throughly indoctrinated in the culture we've developed in the US. As a former Marine, I'm a card-carrying member of our Younger Culture. But, after reading Mr Hartman's excellent work, I see the world differently. Now I understand why I've been drawn to Older Cultures. I sent copies of The Last Hours of Ancient Sunlight to both of my sons, my wife plans on reading my copy, and I urge every parent, or anyone engaging in activities that could make them a parent, to read this book before the ice cracks.

Very eye opening and possibly a catcher for those in the rye.2016年8月10日 - 已在美国亚马逊上发表
This book is an amazing book, mainly for the reason of how eye opening it is. It can be used in almost any situation relating to our lives. I recommend you get many copies of this book and share it. Even if you only get some parts of the book use those some parts of the book. This book has actually made me laugh, think and surprisingly cry. Ive never done that in a book like this. Its an amazing thought. It has opened me to understand that im not the only one who wants others to think mercifully. I thought I was going crazy for talking to the sky the trees and blades of grass and respecting them. Apparently its something we should all do since we are not the only orgamisms on this planet. As a 16 year old ive wondered about many things in life and one of those relates to my main goal as an astrophysiscist ans why I should do it. This book has opened my eyes to understand that whats above us is an amazing thing to see and it opens us to understand the now. I only wish most teens my age would be able open up to the world and focus on the now, how we started etc. Not just what they need but what they enjoy, not only teens but everyone should. One time I was walking home from school and walked down a grassy hill rather than the stairs rjght next to it, a student reminded me that there were stair sright next to the hill so why dont I use it, I explained that I like to walk on what we started with and what we should respect not walk on something that has crushed and ignored it. I would love to explain all my experiences in life and thoughts but I feel its best that you read the book and think about yourself and those around you snd the nature around you.

The Truth about Ancient Cultures and our Culture.2018年10月7日 - 已在美国亚马逊上发表
I'm 77 years old and I have read thousands of books in my life-time and I believe that "The Last Hours of Ancient Sunlight" is one of the most informative and interesting books that I have ever read. I could not put it down. I learned so much about trees, earth science and how tribal people have lived with and thought about nature. It also taught me why the younger cultures separated themselves from nature and how we can again become part of nature, heal ourselves and save the planet from the ravages of climate change which is now upon us. Please read this book, it may save your life and the lives of your children.
