I sleep during the day. This is the only product I've ever used. My first one lasted about 6 or 7 years. I really didn't think too much about it, it just worked. What made my think it is a superior product is that I had a girlfriend who had a sleep mask too, and she was always stealing mine and then I would have to sleep with hers on. Hers sucked. Light seeped through, it "annoyed" my eyes, and it stuck too far into my eye sockets. That's when I realized how much my L & C was a superior product. It's large and wide, so it doesn't touch your eyes, spreads its weight all around your face, covers and blocks out ALL light, and has little lips on the underside that don't annoy and keep out the light. The new one is constructed from different materials than my other one, but I think it's even better now. I highly recommend.

09/13/2021--Bought another one. These really are great. Have to start sleeping in the day again and couldn't find the one I have. It fit well right out of the box, stays on through my whole sleep, and really blocks out the light. Once again, I highly recommend.

I've been wearing eye masks for years because my husband likes to leave lights on at night. I've tried so many different styles that I can't even remember them all. This one is miles ahead of any other! It's cushioned, so the soft fabric lies right against my eyes without any pressure at all. This creates a nice seal. No matter how much I move around, no light gets in. It's pitch black. Even at noon on a sunny day with all the blinds open! And since it's so soft against my eyes, it causes no marks or creases. Works perfectly under my CPAP mask too. I've bought two more so I never run out. It's golden.

I've been buying sleep masks from Amazon for years. I've typically purchased ones that came in multi packs. I thought I was getting a better value that way. But after my most recent purchase, I realized that the poor quality of those masks canceled any savings. I bought this Lewis N. Clark sleep mask after reading an article on Slate where the writer gushed about the quality of this mask along with the total black out effect when wearing. I thought I'd give it a try and it was definitely worth it. Total darkness, no light bleed at all! Very nice quality material, sewn well not glued like the cheaper masks. I highly recommend!

I've had this for almost 5 years. I got it when I lived in the college dorms. I now use it because I work nights and sleep during the day. The puffy bit across the bottom edge fills in around your nose without squishing it so you can't breathe, therefore blocking out all light. It doesn't fall off even when I roll around and tuck my head under pillows. If I put it on when I go to sleep I know I'll wake up wearing it. It's very soft. Very durable. I'm proud of my younger self for purchasing.
