I’ve been drinking slim fast for years, probably 23+. Love the flavor and the ease of making a quick shake for a meal. I got my new supply in August and there are some differences. Now yes, I liked the previous flavor better it had more chocolate flavor, and the old mix was browner (don’t care so much on the color, just an observation). The new mix seems to leave a grainy texture at the end which the old mix didn’t do, I have had about 3 weeks worth, so I have given this a try. But my main concern is the scoop. It’s 2/3 the size of the old scoop. The picture I posted is showing how much the new scoop fills the old scoop. The pic with the old and new mix is just to show the color difference, that was all I had left in the old can so I couldn’t fill it. Yet both the old and new cans state that the serving size is 26g. Both cans state there are 14 servings. I measured out the new can with the new and old scoops. With the same new mix, I got 16 scoops with the new scoop and 11 scoops with the old scoop. So something is definitely inaccurate, because both cans state they have 12.83 oz and the serving size hasn’t changed. I know I got 14 shakes from the old mix as I bring it to work and have it for breakfast and lunch and it was almost perfect for accuracy. I plan on calling Slim Fast to ask them about this when I can. Still good, just want answers.

I really like this product, I love eat sweet food in the morning and this is the best product ! I’m hungry 4 hours after the first shake! I took one in the morning and one at the evening and for my lunch I ate vegetables, chicken, rice or potatoes! I lost 13 pounds in 3 weeks with slim fast and Forskolin ! I recommend you!

I'm one canister in now and have been drinking 1-2 shakes a day (more often 1) as meal substitues. I was previously a frequent snacker but sticking to the regimen recommended on the package, I have finally started losing weight!! I've tried dramatic workout regimens but hadn't found a diet one that I could maintain and that showed results until this. I've lost a few pounds so far, nothing too crazy, but for how long I've been working at this I will definitely keep drinking these shakes.
I recommend them blended with milk ice and water or with almond milk.

Omg you guys! I lost 15 lbs in a week! This stuff is amazing! Make it with little more than a cup of ice, cup of milk, banana and a scoop of the slim fast. Guarantee you'll love it! Tastes just like a vanilla milkshake!!!

I have struggled with my weight for the longest time. People told me about meal replacement shakes and I figured SlimFlast would be good to try. Of course the reviews helped me with this decision, so with me leaving mine hopefully it'll help someone else, too. I just got these Monday and I am already down 10lbs. Keep in mind I workout every day (or at least every other day) and have stopped drinking sodas (back in Jan.) and eat semi-healthier. What I do is drink an 8oz. shake for breakfast with skim milk (because I hate the taste of milk and vanilla is already kind of milky - IT WORKS THOUGH) and that's it. I still eat healthy for lunch and don't eat too much for dinner. Snacks are definitely limited, but sometimes I do eat some nuts or something healthy-ish. I normally don't really eat as much as I should because I stay busy all the time, but these shakes really help me with my mornings and fill me up. Every BODY is different though so keep that in mind. I am 20 years old, too, so that could change things as well. Just keep sticking to it and results will come. So glad I found this and I hope I get to my goal weight super soon! :)
