我看过jim rogers的好几本书，包括他写的关于最近的一次环球旅行的那本，还有hot commodities 。个人认为这本是这三本中最好的，其次是hot commodities ，分析的也比较详细。剩下的那本adventure capitalist感觉没有留下特别多的印象。感觉更多的像是游记，无大所谓。但是这本书就比较详细的记录了他的投资分析了。这本书可能是因为写与十年前，那个时候的他比现在估计更加直言不讳。所以书中包括了很多他对自由贸易，对集权经济，对一个国家投资状况的分析，相当详细，其中非常清晰的列出了他对几个国家投资前景的分析，当然是十几年前的看法了，但是对分析他个人的投资思路是有一定帮助的。看过这本书你就大概可以了解他在中国股市中的言论了。即使事实有有点煽动性的言论。可以将他的言论作为对中国经济的肯定，但不可以过于执着与他的言论。在本书中他就预言了二十一世纪的中国的经济总量会在前面，当然不是在per-capita的标准下，但是那个时候他对中国的看法没有现在那么重视。那个时候的中国刚刚开放，使变化的开端。看过此书你就大概知道了他的投资策略是，first， 不要亏钱，其次注重经济中的变化，在变化的开端而不是大家都发现变化的时候入市。然后在大家都发现变化了，炒的热火朝天的时候离场。 此书中讲了他如何唤醒奥地利股市的经历，可以看出他既是投资者有是投机者。他不会平白无故的推动股市，总是有一定的准确的见解，他在别人未发现之时入场，然后将市场推动起来，这个时候他是投机者，希望市场越旺越好。 就投资而言他和巴菲特应该在理念上是一样的。 但他比巴菲特更灵活，而且涉猎更广阔。所以不要说他是炒股，就好像他总是纠正别人说，i am not a trader. i am a bad trader.他强调自己不是炒作的。 所以能在卓越上买到这本 书我很开心。价格还比较优惠。希望卓越能把他的其他的书也引进。特别是他的日文版的写给他女儿看的关于人生投资看法的十二点。还有他即将出版的《A Bull in China: Investing Profitably in the World's Greatest Market》希望卓越和亚马逊的接轨能够更无缝，更快

以后能否把书的尺寸和纸页的实际印刷也显示出来！书今天收到了，但实在让我失望,书页太窄，写点东西都没地方，印刷字体很小，行距也小，纸张质量实在不敢恭维。我以前最早托人买过费雪的“common stocks and uncommon profits
